RACQ Foundation visit to Men’s Shed on Monday and Tuesday 11/12th Oct.

We’ve just enjoyed a visit from RACQ’s Rural Relief team who stayed in Mt Perry for a week and helped out all the local organisations with their help and expertise. We had two of the fellows, Albert Budworth and Steve Kent (RACQ Volunteers) spend two days at the shed removing the exposed wiring looms from the Tram as well as front and rear scoops. They did a great job and we are very grateful for their help. The foundation put on a great BBQ tea on Friday at the Race Course (another area they carried out a lot of improvements).

The team will always be welcome back!
